ShieldWall Blocking List

You have been directed to this page because there is a possibility that your IP may have been listed as result of incorrectly configured or broken mailer software.

Shieldwall uses a variety of techniques to block spam by analyzing known spam previously caught by our filters.

While you may not be intentionally spamming, there is an issue with the mail that is being sent from this IP address that needs to be addressed. The issue could include a virus, open relay or bad mailing list.

• If you are using an opt-in mailing list, please check the list to ensure that it is updated with valid email addresses.
• If you are sending mail for another party, please contact them about their mailing list to ensure its accuracy.
• If you are not intentionally sending mass mailings, please look into the possibility that the machine may be compromised by a virus or allowing mail to be sent through it as an open relay.
• If you are using an ISP's mail server (you do not own your own outgoing mail server), please notify them of the issue for them to investigate further.

We only allow Securence subscribers to request removal of an IP from Shieldwall. If an IP is removed, it will be listed again if the activity continues. Please contact the party you are trying to send to via phone or by emailing them from another email address outside of the offending mail server's IP address to notify them and have an authorized Securence contact from that company call our support department to request removal.
